We currently only accept orders to be delivered within the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). Once payment has been successfully processed, most orders will ship within three business days, and upon shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Most orders should be delivered within five business days of shipping, but if it has been two weeks since your order shipped, please fill out a request via our contact form (link) with your order details and we would be happy to assist you further.
Make a mistake and need to return your order? No problem! Within 30 days of receiving your order, you are more than welcome to return any unused packages of InstaMorph. To initiate a return, please fill out a request via our contact form (link), and once complete, send your order contents to the following address:

Upon receipt and inspection, you should receive a refund to the original payment method used to place the order, but please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to become available. If more than seven days have passed since your return was delivered, please send an email to email@example.com with your name, order number, and a valid tracking number for your return so we can assist you further.
Note: Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Bulk orders: Due to the complexity of bulk orders, we are not able to accept returns for them and all sales are final.
