Alex used InstaMorph to make a lightweight headphones organizer. The detail and care in this rivals comercially available models. Better yet, it’s home-made!
“I began by using a pasta machine to roll out a 3/8 in sheet of InstaMorph. I used a knife create the general shape and the notches that hold the ends of the headphones. At this point, it was too flimsy to be effective, so I rolled thin strands of InstaMorph and used them to reinforce the body of the organizer. I then cut the leftover strands into smaller pieces and welded them to both ends of the organizer. These pieces act as wire guides and help wrap the headphones neatly and tightly.”
