Liz used InstaMorph to build a custom mount for a tool connected to her new CNC machine. She explains her motivation and where InstaMorph helped her solve the problem quickly.
“When you buy a Shapeoko, most people upgrade the cutting tool to something larger than the recommended Dremel. The larger tools are too big for the mounts that come with the Shapeoko, so you have to cut out your own mounts. But how do you cut out mounts when you can’t mount the tool in the first place? A lot of people get stuck here. I solved the problem with zip ties and InstaMorph.”
