Skyler made Inigo Montoya’s sword from The Princess Bride out of InstaMorph. It has a wooden dowel running down the center to keep the blade stiff, but otherwise is made entirely made out of InstaMorph. He sent us a ton of photos showing the various stages of his project.
His paint job includes a layer of primer (a great idea) to keep the paint job from chipping. He also added some craft store jewels into it without using any glue; just pressing them into the hot plastic.
The sword also played double duty in an Assassins Creed costume, which you can see in the last photo.
